摘  要:儿科学具有区别于其他临床学科的特殊性,是实践性极强的临床学科之一,儿科学临床教学对培养医学生临床综合素质具有重要作用,但目前儿科临床教学存在较多问题。对此,苏州大学附属第三医院儿科(以下简称“我科”)利用PDCA管理工具对“儿科临床”教学情况进行了全面评估,分析教学工作中存在的主要问题,探讨影响儿科临床教学质量的原因,并根据问题制定相应的对策,有效提高了我科临床教学质量,从而为儿科的临床教学管理工作提供有效的理论依据,具有很强的参考价值与实践意义。Pediatrics is one of the clinical disciplines with strong practicality because of its particularity from other clinical disciplines.Moreover,clinical teaching of pediatrics plays an important role in cultivating the clinical comprehensive quality of medical students.However,there are many problems in clinical teaching of pediatrics at present.In this regard,we use PDCA management tools to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical teaching of pediatrics,analyze the teaching status and the main problems in the teaching management,explore the reasons affecting the quality of clinical teaching of pediatrics,and formulate corresponding countermeasures according to the problems,so as to effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching in our department,and provide an effective theoretical basis and reference for the clinical teaching management of pediatrics.
