河南省2014—2018年医学科技查新项目统计分析

摘　　要：目的分析河南省医学科技查新业务的现状,以期为医学科技查新机构的服务创新提供建议和启发。方法对河南省医学情报研究所2014—2018年完成的2 315项查新项目进行汇总,采用文献计量学方法,利用Excel软件,对查新目的与数量、查新委托月份、查新项目所属学科、委托人职称结构、委托单位地域分布等方面进行统计分析,了解医学科研项目的查新申请情况及科研项目研究的热点学科、热点疾病。结果在2 315项查新项目中,立项查新1 096项,占查新项目总数的47.34%;鉴定查新1 163项,占查新项目总数的50.24%。查新项目最多的月份在6、7月份,其次是4月、5月。查新项目学科分类中中医学与中药学数量最多(460项,19.87%);查新项目所涉及疾病中数量最多的为肿瘤(240项,10.37%);查新委托人高级、副高级、中级职称之比为4∶3∶2.5;查新项目最多的是郑州市(1 335项,57.67%),其次是洛阳市(314项,13.56%)。结论中医药科技查新项目逐年增多,体现出中医药治疗独具的特色和优势。在总结查新工作中的薄弱环节基础上,提出合理建议,以便更好地为用户提供信息服务。Objective To analyze the situation of Henan Province novelty retrieval projects. To provide some suggestions and inspiration for medical novelty retrieval institutions on their service innovations. Methods Totally 2,315 novelty retrieval projects completed from 2014 to 2018 in Henan Provincial Medical Information Institute were collected and statistically analyzed from the aspects of purposes and number of novelty retrieval,commissioned months, subjects of novelty retrieval,structure of professional, regional distribution of clients by using bibliometric methods,Excel to understand the new application situation for medical research projects and the hot spot diseases of medical research projects. Results Among the 2,315 new investigation projects, 1,096 were approved, accounting for 47.34% of the total. Identifying and checking 1,163 items, accounting for 50.24% of the total number of items. The most month with new items is June and July, followed by April and May. In the classification of new items, the number of TCM and Chinese herbal medicine was the largest(460 items,19.87%). The largest number of diseases involved in the novelty screening project was tumor(240 items,10.37%);The ratio of senior, deputy senior and intermediate titles of clients is 4∶3∶2.5;Zhengzhou had the most new items(1,335 items, 57.67%), followed by Luoyang(314 items, 13.56%). Conclusion The number of TCM science and technology novelty searching projects is increasing year by year, which reflects the unique characteristics and advantages of TCM treatment. Based on the summary of the weak links in the new work, some reasonable Suggestions are put forward in order to provide better information service for users.
