从新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情引出的对我国肉菜市场建筑建设法规的思考

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在我国造成难以估量的损失,肉菜市场与老百姓的日常生活休戚相关,在疫情传播中的作用也曾引起关注。本文针对我国肉菜市场存在的公共卫生安全风险,聚焦相关建筑建设法规的不足之处,有针对性地提出尽快制定肉菜市场建筑的国家标准、完善通风采光等关键建筑性能指标等改进措施,并主张在具体工作过程中应坚持规模适度控制、关键性能保障、技术和管理双向兼容等原则。COVID-2019 has caused incalculable losses in China. The meat & vegetable markets are closely related to people’s daily life. In view of the public health and safety risks existing in the meat & vegetable markets in China, this paper focuses on the shortcomings of the relevant construction laws and regulations, puts forward some improvement measures, such as making the national standards for meat & vegetable market buildings as soon as possible, improving the key building performance indicators, such as ventilation and lighting, and proposes three work principles: appropriate control of scale, guarantee for key performance, compatibility of technology and management.
