摘　　要：国家自然科学基金对促进我国基础学科建设,发现、培养优秀科技人才等方面具有重要意义,笔者对某地方高校2010-2019年国家自科基金申报情况申报和立项情况整理,分析基金申报的历史数据,总结经验及不足,厘清差距与困难,从强化组织管理工作的执行力度、强化组织管理工作的执行力度、建立健全有效的政策激励与考核机制、设立学术交流会基金、注重非申报期的预研与培育等方面提出建议对策。The National Natural Science Foundation of China plays an important role in promoting the construction of basic disciplines in China, discovering and cultivating outstanding scientific and technological talents. The author sorts out the application and project approval of national self Science Fund in a local university from 2010 to 2019, analyzes the historical data of fund application, summarizes experience and shortcomings, clarifies the gap and difficulties, and from the implementation of strengthening the organization and management work. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening the implementation of organization and management, establishing effective policy incentive and assessment mechanism, setting up academic exchange fund, and paying attention to the pre research and cultivation of non declaration period.
