摘　　要：新高考改革是素质教育导向下,为推动高考招生上中下游的学、择、招一体化公平、公正、科学管理,实现科学、高效、高水准选才的重大机制变革。一体化对信息的管理和流通提出了更高的要求,而区块链技术因具有去中心化、自信任、可追溯等数据安全保障特点,可较好适用于新高考改革过程中的信息管理工作。该文首先从数据管理视角梳理了新高考改革中信息管理和流通的三大问题:学生学习信息科学管理难、学生填报志愿理性决策难、高校招录学生正确选才难。随后,有针对性地提出了区块链技术助力新高考改革解决上述问题的现实措施。最后,该文分析了区块链技术在新高考改革中数据管理工作上应用的挑战,给出了相应的持续发展方向及建议。该文从区块链技术促进高招信息科学管理和高效流通视角出发,探究健全新高考整体治理体系,增进各部门协调沟通,为促进科学、公平、高效选才提供一定借鉴参考。Guided by quality education,the reform of new college entrance examination is a significant mechanism change which aims to achieve a scientific,efficient and high-level talents selection through promoting the fair,impartial and scientific management of integration the leaning,selection and recruitment in the whole process of college entrance examination enrollment.Integration imposes higher requirements on the management and circulation of information,and block chain is better applied to information management in the reform due to its data security features such as decentralization,self-trust and traceability.This paper firstly sorts out the three major problems of information management and circulation in the reform of new college entrance examination from the perspective of data management:(1)The scientific management of students’learning information for middle school is difficult;(2)The rational decision about application form for students is inappropriate;(3)The reasonable recruitment for universities is hard.Finally,the paper analyzes the challenge of applying block chain to manage data in the reform,and offers relevantly the sustainable developing direction and suggestions.From the perspective of promoting scientific management and efficient circulation of information,this paper explore and improve the overall management system,and thus enhancing the coordination and communication among various department and providing reference for promoting the scientific,fair and efficient enrollment in the reform.
