董克礼教授治疗原发性肝癌临床经验

摘　　要：原发性肝癌是病死率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率高。现代医学治疗肝癌的主要手段有肿瘤切除、化学治疗、放射治疗、介入治疗以及免疫治疗等,但肝癌恶性程度高,发展变化快,预后往往不理想。中医药治疗肝癌术后、放化疗后患者及中晚期肝癌患者,不良反应小,不容易产生耐药,能提高机体免疫力,明显改善患者生存质量、延长生存期。董克礼教授在原发性肝癌的中医辨证治疗上有独特的诊治思路和辨治方法,临床疗效突出,他认为本虚标实为原发性肝癌的根本病机,强调扶正祛邪原则,治疗上重视活血化瘀和清热解毒之法,善于辨证辨病治疗肝癌。本文总结了董教授治疗原发性肝癌的经验。The incidence rate and mortality of primary liver cancer are high.The main treatment methods of modern medicine for liver cancer include tumor resection,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,interventional therapy and immunotherapy.However,the prognosis of liver cancer is often unsatisfactory due to its high degree of malignancy,rapid development and change.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer patients after surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and patients with advanced liver cancer,less toxic side effects,not easy to produce drug resistance,can improve the body immunity,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,prolong the survival period.Professor DONG Keli has unique ideas and methods of diagnosis and treatment in TCM dialectical treatment of primary liver cancer,with outstanding clinical efficacy.He believes that the deficiency of the origin is the fundamental pathogenesis of primary liver cancer.He emphasizes the principle of strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors,and pays attention to the methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxification,which is good at treating liver cancer based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.This paper summarizes Professor DONG’s experience in the treatment of primary liver cancer and clinical medical records with good curative effect.
