摘　　要：存查样监督是燃煤电厂煤炭实验室质量控制的重要手段之一,基于多年的质量监督管理实践,笔者详细分析了影响煤炭存查样监督抽查超差的原因,并结合基层工作实际,提出了避免超差存在的可行性措施。该措施提高了煤质检测实验室的检测水平和监督抽查工作的可靠性,确保了监督检查工作质量,为管理部门科学决策提供了科学准确的数据。Coal storage samples supervision is one of the important means of coal laboratory quality control in coal-fired power plant.Based on the years of practices in quality supervision and management,the author analyzed in detail the causes for out of tolerance in spot check of coal storage samples supervision,and put forward some feasible measures to avoid the out-of-tolerance problem in combination with the actual grass-roots work.The results could improve testing level of coal quality testing laboratory and ensure the quality of supervision and inspection,which provided scientific and accurate data for scientific decision-making of management departments.
