平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2017-03~2018-07口腔颌面部血管瘤患者74例,随机分为对照组37例与观察组37例,对照组给予平阳霉素治疗,观察组给予平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗,两组平阳霉素用法用量一致。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗有效率94.59%,高于对照组75.68%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.41%,低于对照组21.62%(P<0.05)。结论:给予口腔颌面部血管瘤患者平阳霉素联合聚桂醇治疗,能提高患者治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma.Methods:A total of 74 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 37 cases each.The control group was treated with pingyangmycin,while the observation group was treated with pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol.The usage and dosage of pingyangmycin were consistent between the two groups.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 94.59%,higher than 75.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.41%,lower than that in the control group 21.62%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingyangmycin combined with lauromacrogol in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma has good therapeutic effect and low incidence of adverse reactions,and has application and popularization value.
