摘　　要：企业管理概论的教学目标是为学生打下企业管理方面知识基础,为学生将来从事企业管理相关的工作奠定坚实的理论基础与实践基础。一方面要求学生充分理解企业管理的相关概念和基本理论,另一方面要求学生能将理论与实践相结合,达到掌握并灵活运用相关理论的目标。为此,基于OBE的教学理念从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面对企业管理概论课程进行了相应的改革,在此基础上总结教改成果,分析其存在的问题并提出相应的持续改进意见。The teaching goal of Introduction to Business Management is to lay the foundation for students in managing enterprises,and lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for students to engage in business management-related work in the future.Therefore,on the one hand,students are required to fully understand the relevant concepts and basic theories of business management;on the other hand,students are required to combine theory with practice to achieve the goal of mastering and flexibly using relevant theories.Based on the teaching concept of OBE,it has carried out corresponding reform to Introduction to Enterprise Management in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods.On this basis,the paper summarizes the results of teaching reform,analyzes its existing problems and proposes corresponding improvement opinions.
