关于驻沈高校引进高端人才的对策研究

摘　　要：东北振兴战略是党中央为振兴东北经济做出的具有重大战略意义的政治决策,在东北振兴的背景下,各地加紧展开对人才特别是高端人才的争夺战。近年来,沈阳市人才优先发展的总体格局已基本形成。通过对各高校人才引进管理办法的综合分析,找出能提升人才引进效率的方法,为打造一支品德高尚、数量充足、结构合理、才能突出的高端人才队伍提供可借鉴的研究成果。The strategy of northeast China revitalization is a political decision of great strategic significance made by the CPC Central Committee for revitalizing the northeast economy.Under the background of Northeast revitalization,the need for talent,especially high-end talent,has intensified across the country.Recently the overall pattern of giving priority to the development of talent in Shenyang has been basically formed.Through the comprehensive analysis of the management methods of talent introduction in colleges and universities,this paper finds out the methods that can improve the efficiency of talent introduction,so as to provide research results for building a high-end talent team with noble morality,sufficient quantity,reasonable structure and outstanding competence.
