摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过对野中郁次郎提出的SECI模型进行再思考,指出了原模型在知识转化时理论与实际不相符的部分。在此基础上对模型进行改进,提出了知识转化空间向量模型和知识转化螺旋模型,对SECI模型进行了创新,为后续知识转化研究提供了理论支撑。[方法/过程]通过在空间向量坐标系中建立知识转化模型来体现显性知识和隐性知识之间的具体转化方式,细化了组合化和社会化的内在转化方式。在野中郁次郎模型的基础上提出知识转化螺旋模型,在一个不断上升的螺旋体中体现了知识在流动转化时知识量的动态增长、上升。[结果/结论]结合知识转化的理论依据和实际情况,对SECI模型进行再思考,指出知识转化的直接方式有两种,即外化和内化。社会化或组合化无法直接实现,只能通过内化和外化组合后间接实现。[Purpose/Significance]This paper points out that the theory of the original model is inconsistent with the practice in the process of knowledge transformation by rethinking the SECI model proposed by Nonaka I.On this basis,the authors improve this model,proposing space vector model of knowledge transformation and the spiral model of knowledge transformation.The innovation of SECI model provides theoretical support for the follow-up research of knowledge transformation.[Method/Process]Through the establishment of space vector model of knowledge transformation,this paper reflects the specific transformation mode between explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge,refining the internal transformation of combination and socialization.Spiral model of knowledge transformation is proposed on the basis on Nonaka I,reflecting the dynamic growth and rise of knowledge during the process of flowing in a rising spiral body.[Result/Conclusion]Combined with the theoretical basis and practical situation of knowledge transformation,this paper rethinks the famous SECI model proposed by Japanese scholar Nonaka I,pointing out that there are two direct ways of knowledge transformation,namely externalization and internalization.Socialization or combination cannot be accomplished directly,but indirectly through the combination of internalization and externalization.
