摘  要:通过对微型中子源反应堆(MNSR)控制系统理论分析,建立相应的Simulink模型,开展MNSR控制系统的仿真分析。为便于稳定性分析,对MNSR控制系统的数学模型进行了降阶和离散化,在降阶和离散化后的开环传递函数的基础上,利用Matlab工具的根轨迹分析工具箱,进行了稳定性分析,得到了不同采样时间下的临界增益。在反应堆稳态运行时引入正的阶跃反应性的情况下,进行了不同采样时间Ts下的PID控制器的比例系数Kp的整定,确定了两个Ts下的K p的最佳整定值。随后,整定了不同Ts和Kp下的最佳微分系数Kd。Ts、Kp和K d整定后,在Ts=60 ms、Kp=2500和Kd=300的情况下,分析了负阶跃反应性输入和斜坡反应性输入时的反应堆的中子通量密度、控制棒速度以及控制棒引入的反应性的响应。仿真分析的结果表明,有关MNSR控制系统的Simulink建模准确,分析数据可靠,为MNSR控制系统的软硬件设计提供了理论基础。By the theoretical analysis of the Miniature Neutron Source Reactor(MNSR)control system,the corresponding Simulink model was established and the simulation analysis of the MNSR control system was carried out.To facilitate the stability analysis,the mathematical model of the MNSR control system was reduced and discretized,based on the open-loop transfer function after reduction and discretization,the stability analysis was performed using the rltool analysis toolbox of the Matlab,and the critical gain for different sampling time was obtained.The calibration of the proportional coefficient K p for the PID controller at different sampling time T s was carried out with the introduction of positive step reactivity in the steady-state operation of the reactor,and the optimal calibration values of K p at different sampling time were determined.The optimal differential coefficient K d at different T s and K p was calibrated.After calibrations of T s,K p and K d,the reactor neutron flux density,control rod velocity and response to control rod introduction reactivity at negative step reactivity input and slope reactivity input were analyzed at T s=60 ms,K p=2500 and K d=300.The results of the simulation analysis show that the Simulink modeling about the MNSR control system is accurate and the analytical data are reliable,which provides a theoretical basis for software and hardware designs of the MNSR control system.
