咪喹莫特联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨咪喹莫特联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2019年11月我校附属医院收治的98例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿的临床资料,按照不同的治疗方案进行分析,即对照组和观察组,每组49例患者。对照组口服盐酸普萘洛尔片,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,治疗结束后,比较两组患儿疗效及期间不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为93.9%,对照组的总有效率为75.5%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论咪喹莫特联合普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效显著,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of imiquimod combined with propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas.Methods The retrospective analysis selected 98 cases of clinical data of 98 infants with hemangioma admitted to our school from March 2016 to November 2019,and randomly divided the children into different treatment plans for analysis,namely the control group And observation group,49 patients in each group.The control group received propranolol hydrochloride tablets.The observation group used 5%imiquimod cream on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.5%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Imiquimod combined with propranolol is effective in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas without increasing adverse reactions.
