普萘洛尔口服联同马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴幼儿表浅血管瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液在婴幼儿表浅血管瘤治疗中的临床效果。方法对收治的68例表浅血管瘤婴幼儿的临床治疗情况进行回顾分析,将其分两组,对照组(n=34)予以普萘洛尔口服治疗,治疗组(n=34)予以普萘洛尔联合马来酸噻马洛尔滴眼液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组近12周的疗效有效率调查中,第2、4、6、8周两组疗效有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第10、12周治疗组有效率高于对照组,区别有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访一年,对照组与治疗组的显效时间比较区别无统计学意义(P>0.05);在随访期间,对照组不良反应率为23.53%,治疗组不良反应率为2.94%,区别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对婴幼儿表浅血管瘤口服普萘洛尔治疗基础上采用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外用治疗安全性高,和口服用药比较其不良反应更少,值得推荐。Objective To explore the clinical effect of timolol maleate eye drops in the treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants and young children.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment of 68 superficial hemangioma infants and young children admitted to the hospital was divided into two groups.The control group(n=34)was treated with propranolol orally,and the treatment group(n=34)was given Propranolol combined with timarol maleate eye drops was used to observe the efficacy of the two groups.Results In the investigation of the efficacy of the two groups in the past 12 weeks,there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups at weeks 2,4,6,and 8(P>0.05),and the effectiveness of the treatment group at weeks 10 and 12 Higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the follow-up for one year,the difference between the control group and the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);during the follow-up period,the adverse reaction rate of the control group 23.53%,the adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 2.94%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of timolol maleate eye drops for external treatment of superficial hemangioma in infants and young children on the basis of oral propranolol is highly safe.Compared with oral medication,it has fewer adverse reactions and is recommended.
