摘 要:以废水中甲醛为对象,在甲醛浓度为200 mg/L实验体系中,研究不同降解时间、pH和温度等参数下微生物在固定化状态与游离态状态对甲醛的去除能力.实验结果表明:固定化微生物仅1 d对甲醛的去除率就达95%以上,而游离态微生物达到相同去除率需要6 d;pH值在7-10时,固定化微生物对甲醛的去除率最高,稳定在98%,游离态微生物在pH为8时最高,为80%;在25℃,固定化微生物对甲醛的去除率达93%,游离态微生物仅为89%.Degradation of formaldehyde containing wastewater by immobilized microorganisms and free microorganisms was studied in an experimental system where the formaldehyde concentration was 200 mg/L.The degradation performances of immobilized microorganisms and free microorganisms,as functions of time,pH values and temperature,were investigated.The result showed that the removal rate of formaldehyde reached over 95%in 1 day when the immobilized microorganisms were used;whereas it took 6 days for the free microorganisms to reach the same removal rate.When the pH values of the immobilized microorganisms were in the range of 7-10,the removal rate of formaldehyde was the highest,98%.For the free microorganisms,when the pH value was 8,the removal rate reached the highest,80%.At 25℃,the removal rate of formaldehyde was 93%for the immobilized microorganisms,and was only 89%for the free microorganisms.
