林农参与林下经济经营行为影响因素研究——基于江西省的数据验证

摘　　要：文章基于江西省林农调查数据,采用数据分类配对后的二元Logit回归模型分析影响林农参与林下经济经营行为的因素。结果表明:自然资本、物质资本对林农参与林下经济经营行为有重要的影响;人力资本、金融资本对林农参与林下经济经营行为没有显著影响;社会资本对林农参与林下经济经营行为有显著正向影响。其中林地距家平均距离、林区道路情况、劳动力最高受教育程度、林农是否加入林业专业合作社等12个变量与林农参与林下经济经营行为显著正相关;林地面积、林区通网情况、家庭劳动力人数、劳动力最大年龄、林农在村里收入水平、林农对林下经济产品抵押贷款的了解程度等6个变量对林农参与林下经济经营行为没有影响。因此,文章就上述计量分析结果分别从提高林地质量、完善基础设施、因地制宜开发、注重创意营销等方面提出促进林农参与林下经济经营行为的可行性政策建议。Based on the survey data of forest farmers in Jiangxi Province, this paper uses the binary logit regression model of data classification and matching to analyze the factors affecting forest farmers′ participation in undergrowth economic management behaviors. The research results show that: natural capital and material capital have an important impact on forest farmers′ participation in undergrowth economy;human capital and financial capital have no significant effect on forest farmers′participation in undergrowth economy. Among them, 12 variables, such as the average distance from home to forest, road conditions in the forest area, the highest education level of the labor force, and whether the forest farmer joins the forestry professional cooperatives, are significantly positively related to forest farmers′ participation in undergrowth economy. The six variables of the number of laborers, their maximum age, their income level in the village, and their degree of understanding the mortgages on undergrowth economic have little effect on the issue. Therefore, based on the results of the above mentioned econometric analysis, this article puts forward feasible policy recommendations to promote forest farmers′ participation in undergrowth economy behaviors in terms of improving the quality of forest land, improving infrastructure, developing according to local conditions, and implementing policies, etc.
