摘 要:目的:观察研究脑卒中护理质量控制管理对老年卒中患者结局的影响。方法:选择2016年2月至2019年2月期间收治的86例老年卒中患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组行常规护理管理,研究组行脑卒中护理质量控制管理。对比观察护理效果。结果:研究组出院时Barthel指数高于对照组,住院时间及护理满意度优于对照组,生活质量和日常生活能力高于对照组,病症了解程度强于对照组,两组数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年卒中采取脑卒中护理质量控制管理措施,可改善结局,作用显著。Objective:To observe and study the effect of quality control management of stroke care on outcomes of elderly stroke patients.Methods:86 elderly stroke patients admitted between February 2016 and February 2019 were randomly divided into control group,study group and one group of 43.Control group routine nursing management,study group stroke nursing quality control management.contrast to observe the nursing effect.Results:The Barthel index of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the time of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were better than that of the control group,the quality of life and the ability of daily life were higher than those of the control group.significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control and management of stroke nursing can improve the outcome of senile stroke.
