高校传染病防控的问题及优化路径分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨高校传染病防控的问题及优化路径。方法:回顾性分析我校2019年09月至2020年01月期间传染病发生案例,分析传染病发生类型、发生例数、发病原因等,指出高校传染病防控措施存在的问题,提出优化高校传染病防控的方案。结果:高校传染病以传播类型分,主要包括消化道传染病、呼吸道传染病。消化道传染病发生例数50例,其中包括11例细菌性痢疾、14例感染性腹泻、25例水痘。呼吸道传染病发生例数200例,其中包括188例流行性感冒、2例肺结核、流行性腮腺炎10例。引发高校传染病的主要有:学生卫生习惯差、不合理饮食习惯、学生对传染病及危害缺乏认识。结论:高校传染病发生例数较高,这体现出高校传染病防控还存在较多不足,在高校传染病防控措施上应从校内宣传、加强管理、完善制度等措施中加以改进优化。Objective:To explore the prevention and control of infectious diseases in universities and optimize the path.Methods:The cases of Infectious Diseases in our university from September 2019 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,and the types,numbers and causes of infectious diseases were analyzed,put forward the plan of optimizing the prevention and Control of infectious diseases in colleges and universities.Results:The infectious diseases in colleges and universities were divided into two types:Digestive Tract Infectious Diseases and respiratory infectious diseases.There were 50 cases of gastrointestinal infections,including 11 cases of Shigellosis,14 cases of infectious diarrhea,and 25 cases of chickenpox.Respiratory infections occurred in 200 cases,including 188 cases of influenza,2 cases of tuberculosis,and 10 cases of mumps.The main causes of infectious diseases in colleges and universities are:Poor Hygiene Habits of students,improper eating habits,students’lack of awareness of infectious diseases and hazards.Conclusion:The incidence of infectious diseases in colleges and universities is high,which shows that the prevention and control of infectious diseases in colleges and universities still have many deficiencies.
