高校研究生培养模式优化思考

摘　　要：研究生教育是世界各国高等教育的高级阶段,其发展规模是一个国家高等教育事业发达程度的衡量标准。我国从20世纪初开始实践探索研究生教育培养模式。今后应当从培养目标、培养年限、课程体系、导师制、校企合作机制等方面优化研究生培养模式。Postgraduate education is the advanced stage of higher education around the world,the scale of its development is the measure of a national higher education development degree.From the beginning of the 20th century,China began to explore the graduate education mode.This paper will put forward the optimization of graduate management mode from the aspects of training objectives,training years,curriculum system,tutor system,school enterprise cooperation mechanism,etc.
