盐酸金霉素眼膏与重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用对重睑术后切口愈合及术后恢复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸金霉素眼膏与重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用对促进重睑术后切口愈合及术后恢复的效果。方法:行重睑术的患者102例随机分为研究组与对照组,各51例,对照组给予常规消毒纱布覆盖手术创面,研究组在对照组基础上用盐酸金霉素眼膏与重组人表皮生长因子凝胶涂抹于手术创面,经治疗后观察比较两组治疗总有效率,创面愈合时间与愈合优良率,重睑线宽度与眼周肿胀评分,术后3个月内并发症的发生情况,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:经治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率、创面愈合优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),重睑线宽度明显小于对照组(P<0.05),眼周肿胀评分、术后3个月内并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间不良反应发生率均较低,且无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸金霉素眼膏与重组人表皮生长因子凝胶外用能提高重睑术后患者的临床疗效,促进切口愈合与术后恢复,减少并发症,且具有较高的用药安全性。Objective:To explore the effect of chlortetracycline hydrochloride eye ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor(HEGF) gel for external application on promoting incision healing after doubling eyelid surgery and postoperative recovery.Methods:102 patients who underwent doubling eyelid surgery were randomly divided into study group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine disinfection gauze to cover the surgical wounds,while the study group was additionally given chlortetracycline hydrochloride eye ointment and recombinant HEGF gel for external application to cover the surgical wounds.After treatment,total response rate of treatment,wound healing time,good rate of healing,width of doubling eyelid line,scores of periocular swelling,the occurrence of complications within 3 months after surgery and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of treatment and good rate of wound healing in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),wound healing time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),width of doubling eyelid line was significantly narrower than that in control group(P<0.05),scores of periocular swelling and incidence of complications within 3 months after surgery were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was low,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chlortetracycline hydrochloride eye ointment and recombinant HEGF gel for external application can improve the clinical curative effect after doubling eyelid surgery,promote incision healing and postoperative recovery,and reduce complications,with relatively higher medication safety.
