摘　　要：分析讨论从风火论治新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)发热不退验案的治疗过程。杜少辉教授从《黄帝内经》五运六气分析,认为新冠肺炎虽以病太阳寒水为主,但兼少阳相火、厥阴风木之气为患。验案患者持续发热,杜教授从风火角度论治,治以疏达木气,入血透热,分阶段予小柴胡汤法、麻黄升麻汤法化裁。经治疗,患者热退,治疗效果满意。This paper analyzes and discusses the experience of treating coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)with fever from wind and fire.According to the analysis of five movements and six qi in Classic of Internal Medicine,Professor DU Shaohui thinks that COVID-19 is mainly caused by taiyang cold water,but it also suffers from shaoyang xianghuo and jueyin wind and wood.The patient in the case continues to have fever.Professor DU treats it from the angle of wind and fire,and treated it by dispersing qi wood,and getting into the blood to pass through heat.He was treated by Xiaochaihu Decoction and Mahuang Chengma Decoction in stages.After treatment,the patient’s fever subsided and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.
