论学院元老精神对大学生思想教育的影响——以北京航空航天大学可靠性学院"为民精神"为例

摘　　要：在任何组织中,元老都扮演了非常重要的作用,包括商业组织和高等教育领域.元老身上的精神品质深刻影响着学院的发展,塑造了学院的独特文化.本文以北航可靠性学院的元老精神"为民精神"为例,积极探索以元老精神为核心,开展大学生思想教育的新方法,挖掘元老精神在思政教育中的优势,探索从理论到实践的人才培养特色模式.这对于其他院校的大学生思政教育具有借鉴意义和参考价值.In any organizations,founders play a pivotal role,both in commercial and higher education field.Founding members’spirit makes an important influence of the developments of schools and keeps shaping its unique culture.In this article,"Weimin spirit"of school of reliability systems engineering of Beihang University is utilized to explore a new approach of ideological and political education for college students by using"Weimin spirit".This approach explores a characteristic talents-training mode by combining theory and practice,and it is helpful and sets a good example for the ideological and political education of similar schools.
