摘  要:社会经济的快速发展不仅给大学生个性心理品质的培养提供了良好的平台,也在激烈的竞争中滋生负面消极情绪.近年来,大学生恶意伤害事件时有发生,引发社会广泛关注.大学生处于身心发展的关键期,对其心理健康的正确引导是高校工作的重中之重.积极心理学作为心理学界的一场革命,突破了传统心理学的研究视角,提倡积极的目标取向,为心理健康教育实践工作提供丰富的理论支持与技术手段.本文从积极心理学的启示出发,探究积极心理学视角下大学生心理健康教育的可行途径.The rapid development of social economy not only provides a good platform for the cultivation of college students’personality psychological quality,but also breeds negative emotions in the fierce competition.In recent years,malicious injury incidents of college students occur from time to time,causing widespread concern in the society.College students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,and the correct guidance of their mental health is the top priority of the work in colleges and universities.As a revolution in the field of psychology,positive psychology breaks through the research perspective of traditional psychology,advocates positive goal orientation,and provides rich theoretical support and technical means for the practice of mental health education.Based on the Enlightenment of positive psychology,this paper explores the feasible ways of college students’mental health education from the perspective of positive psychology.
