校企协同模式下的研究生工程能力培养

摘　　要：随着经济的不断发展和增长模式的不断转变,校企协同培养人才是增强学生工程实践能力的重要举措,也是提升学生创新精神的迫切需要.本文概述了国内外校企协同合作模式的发展和现状,举例分析了沈阳工业大学在这种模式下研究生的培养情况,并根据校企协同合作模式开展过程中出现的问题提出了改进措施.事实证明,校企协同模式是高校与企业合作双赢的必由之路,也是我国实现应用型人才培养的重要途径.With the continuous development of economy and the continuous change of growth mode,school enterprise collaborative training of talents is an important measure to enhance students'engineering practice ability,and is also an urgent need to enhance students'innovative spirit.This paper summarizes the development and current situation of school enterprise cooperation mode at home and abroad,analyzes the postgraduate training situation of Shenyang University of Technology under this mode,and puts forw ard improvement measures according to the problems in the process of school enterprise cooperation mode.Facts have proved that the school enterprise cooperation mode is the only way to win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and it is also an important way to realize the cultivation of applied talents in China.
