摘  要:为增强高校教师的整体素质,岗前职后一体化培训已经成为高校教师培养流程中一项必不可少的工作.高校辅导员作为高校与学生沟通的桥梁,需要在培训中不断增强辅导员工作的业务能力,提高其工作胜任力.针对目前高校辅导员存在业务水平不足等问题的分析,提出岗前职后一体化培训路径建议,从而能够充分建设优质的辅导员工作队伍.In order to enhance the overall quality of college teachers,pre-post and post-integrated training has become an indispensable task in the training process of college teachers.College counselors,as a bridge between colleges and students,need to continuously enhance the business ability of counselors in their training and improve their job competence.In view of the current analysis of the insufficiency of the business level of college counselors,we put forward suggestions on the integrated training path before and after the job,so as to fully build a high-quality team of counselors.
