摘  要:目的优化自动化药房内盒装药品的储位,提高调配效率。方法调取中山市人民医院门诊自动化药房医院信息系统6号窗口2019年11月的23363张处方,剔除无效处方(单药处方)1564张,实际提取21799张,涉及盒装药品417种。运用SPSSModeler18软件进行关联规则分析,使用Apriori算法计算人工发药频次高的盒装药品,并计算支持度和置信度,对盒装药品进行关联分析。根据关联规则计算所得支持度和置信度,将出现在同一处方中关联度较高的盒装药品优先放置在相邻药柜内,以提高发药效率。结果共需调整药柜内47个盒装药品的放置位置。结论运用Apriori算法可定量测量药品间的关联度,优化智能药房内药品的储位,进一步提升调配效率和调配准确度。Objective To optimize the whole-boxed drug storage position in intelligent pharmacy,and to improve the work efficiency of drug dispensing.Methods Totally 23363 prescriptions were collected from the hospital information system(HIS)in Window 6 of outpatient Intelligent Pharmacy of Zhongshan People’s Hospital in November 2019,1564 invalid prescriptions(single drug prescriptions)were excluded,and 21799 prescriptions were extracted,involving 417 whole-boxed drugs.SPSS Modeler 18 software was used to analyze the association rules,and Apriori algorithm was used to calculate the support and confidence of whole-boxed drugs with high frequency of artificial drug dispensing,and the correlation analysis was performed on the whole-boxed drugs.According to the support and confidence calculated by the association rules,the drugs with high frequency in the same prescription would be placed in the adjacent intelligent drug cabinet.Results Totally 47 kinds of whole-boxed drugs in the medicine cabinet should be adjusted.Conclusion Apriori algorithm can quantitatively measure the drug correlation to optimize the drug storage position of intelligent pharmacy,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug dispensing.
