摘  要:目的为静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)建立信息化绩效考核系统提供参考。方法按PIVAS每个工作环节操作时间设定各环节绩效系数,使用不同设备统计每位员工各环节的工作量,绩效系数乘以工作量并累计即为员工绩效分数,在医院信息系统中设计开发绩效考核系统,实现绩效设定、统计、核算、查询等信息化功能。结果与该绩效考核运行前比较,运行后医院PIVAS医嘱审核速率、摆药速率、核对速率、调配速率、考勤合格率均显著升高,内差数显著减少(P<0.05)。结论该绩效系统涵盖了PIVAS所有工作内容和环节,公平、公正地体现了每位员工的工作情况,可为其他医疗机构PIVAS绩效考核提供参考。Objective To provide reference for the establishment of information-based performance appraisal system for the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The performance coefficient of each link was set up according to the operation time of each link in the PIVAS,and the workload of each employee in each link was counted by different equipment.The performance coefficient multiplied by the workload and accumulated was the employee’s performance score.The performance appraisal system was designed and developed in the hospital information system(HIS)to realize the information functions of performance setting,statistics,accounting and query.Results Compared with those before the performance appraisal,the review rate,drug placement rate,check rate,drug dispensing and qualified rate of attendance in PIVAS of our hospital were significantly increased after running the system,and the internal difference was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The performance system includes all the work contents and links of the PIVAS,fairly and impartially reflects the work situation of each employee,and can provide reference for the performance appraisal of PIVAS in other medical institutions.
