摘 要:随着公务员队伍的不断壮大,政府职能的转变,对公务员进行系统、有效的职业规划,引导公务员为实现政府目标而实现自己的理想抱负,已经成为公务员管理中至关重要的一部分。目前,针对公务员这一群体的职业规划理论还不够完善,公务员自主进行职业规划的主观意愿并不强烈,对自身和职业的定位都不够明确,个人目标与组织目标不一致,组织培训的针对性不够。考虑到现在公务员职业规划中存在的这些问题,必须从个人层面和组织层面进行改进。With the continuous expansion of the civil servants’team and the transformation of government functions,it has became a crucial part of civil servants management to carry out systematic and effective career planning for civil servants and guide them to realize their ideal aspirations for the realization of government goals.At present,the theory of career planning for civil servants is not perfect.Civil savants do not have a strong desire to independently conduct their career planning,and they do not have clear positioning for themselves and their careers.Their personal goals are inconsistent with organizational goals,and their organizational training is not targeted.Considering these problems existing in career planning,it is necessary to improve both the individual level and organizational level.
