木材染色技术研究进展

摘　　要：木材染色技术是在常压热浸渍、减压、加压浸渍等条件下将染料或染料与其他改性剂复配后固定在木材纤维上,从而改变木材或单板的材色,即可以模拟珍贵树种材色,也可满足产品室内色彩设计需求,是木材增值的重要技术手段。通过对国内外木材染色技术研究现状进行系统阐述,介绍了木材染色方法与工艺、染色剂、染色木材性能、染色机理等几方面研究成果,展望木材染色技术的研究趋势。Wood dyeing is the technology which the color of wood or veneer was changed by the dye or a mixture of dye and other modifiers fixed on the wood fibers through different methods,such as hot dipping at normal pressure,dipping at reduced pressure or pressure,simulating color of highly-valuable wood species and meeting color requirements for interior design use.It is an important technical means of improving wood value.The research status of wood dyeing method and process,dyeing agent,properties of dyed wood and dyeing mechanism were reviewed,and the research direction was prospected.
