摘  要:教育是培养人的实践活动,现实中教育的发展有必要转向对文化认同、人性反思和实践动力的自觉关注,在更为深远和广阔的历史时空背景和视野中回答教育如何把人培养好的问题。对此,以时代精神的内化引领教育意义取向的选择定位,协调“物”与“人”、“理”与“情”、“群”与“己”的关系,实现教育价值、目的、功能的时代转向;以传统文化的转化创新构建教育内容形式的历史逻辑,统一“常”与“变”、“一”与“多”、“类”与“个”的关系,注重教育形式、规范、资源的共生和谐;以人性圆融的自由自觉开启教育实践动力的审美韵味,融合“立德”与“成己”、“审美”与“创造”、“实践”与“自由”的关系,让教育走向促进人的生命生活“情理”和谐的教学相长,实现人性能力提升基础上的美好社会和人生创建。Education is a practical activity for cultivating people.Actually,education needs to focus on cultural identity,reflection on human nature,and practical motivation.Moreover,it also needs to solve the problems of how education cultivates people in a far-reaching insight and from a broad perspective of historical background.To fill these gaps,this article aims to guide the education's selection and orientation through the internalization spirit of the times,and to balance the relationship between things and person,reasons and emotions and group and single,to elaborate the changes of the value,purpose and function of education.Furthermore,this article wants to build the historical logic of education through the transformation and innovation of traditional culture,and to combine the relationship between constant and changes,one and multiple and category and individual,to achieve the symbiosis and harmony of education forms,norms and resources.Finally,this article will open the aesthetic standard of the power of education with the consciousness of human nature,and integrate the relationship between virtue-achievement and self-fulfillment,aesthetics and creation and practice and freedom,so that education can promote the foundation of a beautiful society and people's life the based on the harmonious teaching of emotions and reasons and the improvement of human ability.
