摘 要:对于大学生参加志愿者活动的诱因,虽然很多学者使用了量化分析和文献综述分析过,然而很少有研究论文从学生视角来讨论。使用定性研究方法中的解释型现象学分析法,收集了比较真实有用的研究数据,并且通过编码翻译创建了6个质化主题,研究结果表明了,学校在激励引导大学生参加志愿者活动上的局限性,在进一步的推动大学生参加志愿者活动中需要加强和家长之间的合作,而本地区志愿者活动的氛围也会对大学生参加志愿者活动的意愿产生重要影响。What make college students take part in volunteer activities has been a strong research interest to many Chinese scholars and educators.Yet only a few research papers analyze the factors that shape college students'mind to join volunteer activities on their own accord.This research aims at filling this research gap by applying the qualitatively interpretive phenomenological research methodology.With the interpretive phenomenological research methodology,8 research participants were invited to contribute their life experiences and 6 themes have been established accordingly.The findings of this study has revealed that schools need to cooperate with parents in stimulating students'motivation of attending volunteer activities.Volunteer activities atmosphere in the local area also influences students'willingness to get involved.
