甲硝唑牙用药膜与口服甲硝唑治疗牙周炎对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析在牙周炎的治疗中应用甲硝唑牙用药膜与口服甲硝唑的区别。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2019年10月收治的260例牙周炎患者进行分析,按照用药方式不同分为两组,每组130例。其中,观察组患者采用甲硝唑牙用药膜进行治疗,对照组患者则采用口服甲硝唑的治疗方式,对比两组患者的临床指标变化情况及细菌学指标变化情况。结果观察组患者的梭杆菌、革兰阴性专厌氧黑色菌较对照组患者的检出率明显降低(P<0.05);两组患者的龈沟出血指数及牙周袋深度指数较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者的龈沟出血指数及牙周袋深度指数明显比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者的厌氧菌总数及专性厌氧菌与兼性厌氧菌之比明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在牙周炎患者的治疗中应用甲硝唑牙用药膜治疗较口服甲硝唑治疗方式的疗效更加明显,能有效促进牙周炎患者各临床症状的恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the difference between metronidazole dental film and oral metronidazole in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 260 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2019 were selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups according to different medication methods,with 130 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with metronidazole dental film,and patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole orally.The changes in clinical indicators and bacteriological indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of Clostridium and Gram-negative anaerobic melanin bacteria in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding index of gingival sulcus and the depth index of periodontal pocket in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The sulcus bleeding index and periodontal pocket depth index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total number of anaerobic bacteria and the proportion of obligate and facultative anaerobic bacteria in the observation group were lower.The ratio was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metronidazole dental film in the treatment of patients with periodontitis is more effective than oral metronidazole treatment.It can effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms in patients with periodontitis.It is worth promoting and applying.
