唇裂术后婴儿喂养方式与伤口愈合的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨唇裂术后婴儿不同喂养方式的效果以及对伤口愈合的影响。方法于本院2018年1月至2018年12月接收的唇裂患儿中选取30例,随机分为观察组(15例)与对照组(15例)。对照组强行改变患儿喂养方式,给予汤勺喂养,并给予患儿常规护理干预;观察组不改变患儿喂养方式,仍采用传统母乳或奶瓶直接喂养,同时加以伤口护理干预。对比两组伤口愈合情况,并观察术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组伤口一期愈合率较对照组更高;观察组术后总并发症发生率较对照组更低,P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论唇裂患儿接受手术治疗后可仍采用传统母乳或奶瓶直接喂养的方式进行喂养,同时加以伤口护理,选择软膏或敷料黏贴,提供湿性愈合理论避免伤口污染,可促进伤口愈合,减轻疼痛,增加患儿舒适感,降低并发症发生几率,临床实用价值较高。Objective To investigate the effects of different feeding methods and the effect on wound healing in infants after cleft lip surgery.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,30 children with cleft lip were randomly divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).The control group was forced to change the way of feeding,spoon feeding,and routine nursing intervention;the observation group did not change the way of feeding,still used traditional breast milk or bottle feeding,at the same time,wound nursing intervention.The wound healing of the two groups was compared and the postoperative complications were observed.Results The rate of grade I healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of total complication was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05,both were statistically significant.Conclusion After the operation,the children with cleft lip can still be fed by traditional breast milk or milk bottle directly.At the same time,they should take wound care,choose ointment or dressing to stick,provide the theory of wet healing to avoid wound pollution,promote wound healing,reduce pain,increase the comfort of the children,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high clinical practical value.
