摘 要:硅烷改性制备硅烷化凹凸棒石(SMA)以吸附人参提取物中农药残留。为评估SMA对人参根提取物中五氯硝基苯、胺菊酯、毒死蜱、异丙威、霜霉威5种农药残留脱除效果,考察了硅烷改性剂类型、改性剂用量、吸附剂用量、吸附时间对农残吸附效果的影响,并进行了等温吸附机制研究。不同类型SMA对人参提取物农残的吸附效果均较好,其中KH-1161改性凹凸棒石(KH-1161-SMA)的吸附效果最优,对所考察农残的吸附量均在164.42μg/g以上。SMA对5种农药的吸附模型为:胺菊酯、毒死蜱、异丙威、霜霉威遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型,而五氯硝基苯遵循Freundlich等温吸附模型。SMA可作为一种有效脱除人参提取物及其它中药提取物中农药残留的脱除剂,其脱除农残的机制有待深入研究。Silane-modified attapulgite clay(SMA)for removal of pesticide residues in ginseng root extract was prepared with a series of silane coupling agents.The effects of modifier types,dose of modifier,and dose of adsorbent and adsorption time on the adsorption efficient of propamocarb,isoprocarb,quintozine,chlorpyrifos and tetramethirn were investigated.The isothermal adsorption models of SMA were analyzed.Different SMAs had good removals of the pesticides in ginseng extract.Among different SMAs,the attapulgite clay modified by KH-1161(KH-1161-SMA)had the optimal removal of the pesticides in ginseng root extract,and the removal capacity of five pesticide residues was not lower than 164.42μg/g(KH-1161-SMA).The adsorption models of four pesticides such as tetramethirn,isoprocarb,chlorpyrifos and propamocarb,complied with the Langmuir isotherm equation.The adsorption of quintozine was consistent with the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model.SMAs could be used as the pesticide residue remover from ginseng extracts and other extracts from the traditional Chinese Medicines;moreover the removing mechanism of different pesticides will be further studied.
