摘 要:采用超临界流体色谱技术(SFC)探究温度、压力和辅溶剂比例对鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA的分离影响,以利于从成分复杂的鱼油中获得高纯度的鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA单体。本实验选取分离常数K作为评价标准,对不同条件下鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA的分离效果进行比较。结果表明:适当的提高温度和辅溶剂比例有利于鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA的分离。本实验通过考察温度、压力和辅溶剂比例对鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA的分离影响,为鱼油脂肪酸EPA和DHA的分离纯化研究提供了良好的基础。Supercritical fluid chromatography(SFC)was used to investigate the effects of temperature,pressure and proportion of auxiliary solvents on the separation of EPA and DHA from fish oil fatty acids.In this study,the separation constant K was selected as the evaluation standard and the separation effects of EPA and DHA in different conditions were compared.The results showed that the proper increase of temperature and the proportion of cosolvent were beneficial to the separation of EPA and DHA.In this study,the effects of temperature,pressure and proportion of cosolvent on the separation of EPA and DHA from fish oil fatty acids were investigated,which provided a good basis for the separation and purification of EPA and DHA from fish oil fatty acids.
