高校思政课教师队伍素质建设若干问题的反思

摘　　要：对照习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上提出的“六个要”要求,以及《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》,对新时代高校思政课教师队伍素质建设产生影响的一系列问题进行了深入反思,包括政治综合素养问题、情怀问题、自律问题等,从内因和外因两个方面对产生问题的原因进行了较为全面的分析,进而在此基础上有针对性地提出解决问题的方法和途径。Based on Chairman Xi"s"six requirements"put forward on the teachers"forum on ideological and political theory,and the regulations on the construction of teaching staff for the ideological and political theory courses in the new era,the paper makes a deep self-examination on a series of outstanding problems that influence the quality of the construction of the ideological and political course teachers in the new era.It also analyzes the internal and external factors causing the problems and puts forward the methods and ways to solve the problems accordingly.
