摘 要:课程思政建设是系统工程,建立健全课程思政建设质量评价体系是推动课程思政持续改进、螺旋上升的重要手段,缺乏实操性强的评估指标体系已经成为制约课程思政深入发展的重要因素.聚焦课程思政建设的主体,笔者结合日常工作,借鉴专业评估的理论与方法,研制了课程、专业和高校不同层面课程思政建设的评估指标体系,为教师、二级单位和高校三个主体如何做好课程思政提供借鉴.研制该评估指标体系应充分考虑教师的主体性、学生的体验性、贯穿全过程和发展性四个原则,该评估指标体系既可用于自查的对照标准,也可用于外界评估的指标体系.The construction of ideological and political education in curriculum is a systematic project.To facilitate continuous improvement and spiral development of the project,it requires establishment and optimization of quality evaluation system.However,the lack of fairly practical evaluation index system has become an important factor in hindering further development of the project.Focusing on the construction of the education,the authors,basing on teaching administration work,study and develop index system evaluating ideological and political education in various aspects of curriculum,majors and universities with theories and methods of university program evaluations reference.The system provides reference to teachers,schools(departments)and universities in the construction of the education in curriculum.The study of the system,taking teachers’subjectivity,students’experience,whole process and development into consideration,can serve as benchmark for internal examination or external assessment.
