摘  要:改革开放以前,尽管我们国家一直都有着中国人独有的处理自己心理问题的方法,但是却很少有机构将其视为一种专业化的实践活动。改革开放实施以后,心理健康教育作为一项占有地位的专业化实践活动走入了中国的各个高校。通过分析中国高校心理健康教育模式的生成过程以及其独有的特点,就可以得出高校心理健康教育的范围随着时代的发展也在发生着变化。现在高校学生面临着学业、就业、人际交往等各种因素引起的心理压力以及在要进入社会的过程中的困惑和烦恼。高校缺乏对学生的正确教育和引导,学生容易有心理偏差与角色错位的现象出现,所以在当今新形势下,高校要加强对学生心理健康教育的引导,帮助学生健康成长。Before reform and opening up,although our country had unique method to deal with psychological problems of for Chinese people,few organizations regard it as professional practice.After reform and opening up,mental health education has entered various universities in China as a professional practice activity with position.Analyzing formation process of mental health education model and its unique characteristics in Chinese universities,it can be concluded that scope of mental health education in universities has been changing with development of the times.Now college students are facing psychological pressure caused by various factors including academic work,employment,and interpersonal communication,confusion and troubles in process of entering society.Colleges and universities lack correct education and guidance for students,and students are prone to psychological deviations and role dislocations.Therefore,under new situation,colleges and universities should strengthen guidance of mental health education of students and help them grow up healthily.
