摘 要:为研究优质鸡不同部位肤色的关系和差异,试验选择新兴矮脚黄鸡父系N302品系公鸡150只,采用CR-10 Plus色差仪对屠宰前后不同部位的肤色进行测定。结果显示:较屠宰前,屠宰后各部位色度均发生了显著变化,但尾部b^*值变化不明显;在屠宰前b*值排序为胫部>尾部>胸部>肩部;同一部位L^*值和a^*值呈显著的表型负相关(P<0.01);肩部和胸部b^*值、胫部与尾部b^*值呈显著的表型正相关(P<0.01),表明黄度在躯体不同位置分布不均匀。试验结果为优质鸡皮肤的黄度选种提供参考数据。In order to determine the relationships and discrepancies among the skin colors in various body parts of quality chicken, the present study used 150 of male chickens of strain N302 which was the parental line of the Xinxing dwarf yellow chicken as materials, and their skin colors in different parts were measured by CR-10 Plus colorimeter. The results indicated that: The skin colors of strain N302 were significantly changed after slaughtering,except for the tail’s b^*value;Before slaughtering, the ranking of b^*value in the live chicken was shank>tail>breast>shoulder;The phenotypic correlation of L^*value and a^*value in the same area was significantly negative correlation(P<0.01);The b^*values between the shoulders and the breast, and between the shank and the tail were positively correlated(P<0.01), which illustrated the uneven distribution of yellowness in different body areas. The results provided reference data for yellowness selection in quality chicken.
