摘　　要：介绍了一种吸收球装置用三相混合式步进电动机驱动方案。驱动工作过程要求运行平稳,对步进电动机细分驱动提出较高要求。借鉴正弦波永磁交流电机驱动方式进行细分驱动,达到200细分,在应用中效果较好。脉冲发送装置距离驱动器距离较远,改进输入脉冲滤波处理方式,较好地解决了远距离脉冲干扰的问题。A technical scheme of driving three-phase hybrid stepping motor for absorbing ball device was introduced.Because the driving process requires smooth operation,the higher requirements for subdivision drive was put forward.The sinusoidal permanent magnet AC motor drive mode was used for reference to achieve 200 subdivision,which had good effect in application.The pulse transmitting device was far away from the driver moment.In this paper,the input pulse filtering processing method was proposed to solve the problem of long-distance pulse interference.
