摘　　要：目的对鸡骨草的生物活性成分及生物活性成分的提取方法等进行阐述说明,旨在提高对鸡骨草生物活性成分重要价值的认识,为充分开发鸡骨草产品,发展鸡骨草产业提供参考。方法通过查阅书籍资料,查阅国内外文献,对鸡骨草中的生物活性在活性成分、成分含量、提取方法以及如何提升这些生物活性成分含量等进展进行综述。结果鸡骨草富含多种生物活性,源于多糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类、三萜类、挥发油、蒽醌类化合物、微量元素和其他种类等多种化学成分;鸡骨草具有多种生物活性,其中以抗肿瘤及抗氧化生物活性研究广泛;鸡骨草生物活性成分的提取方法主要以溶剂提取法、超声提取法为主;规范化种植和科学性施肥与鸡骨草生物活性成分的含量相关。结论鸡骨草的化学成分丰富,使其生物活性多样,在食品、保健品、药品及化妆品等行业具有较好的应用潜力;但如今实验研究发现的有生物活性的化学成分极少。因此,鸡骨草有进一步开发的价值。Objective This article expounded the bioactive components and extraction methods of bioactive components of Jigucao(Herba Abri)which aimed to improve the understand of the important value of bioactive components of Jigucao(Herba Abri),which fully developed Jigucao(Herba Abri)products and provided reference for the development of Jigucao(Herba Abri)industry.Methods Through consulting the books,materials and the literature at home and abroad,the bioactive constituents in terms of biological activity,content,extraction methods and how to enhancement the yield of these biological activity of Jigucao(Herba Abri)were reviewed.Results Jigucao(Herba Abri)was rich in various biological activity and came from a variety of bioactive constituents such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,triterpenes,volatile oil,anthraquinones,trace elements and other kinds.There were many kinds of biological activities,including anti-tumor and anti-oxidation biological activity.Solvent extraction and ultrasonic extraction were the main extraction methods for the bioactive components of Jigucao(Herba Abri).The standardized planting and scientific fertilization were related to the content of bioactive constituents.Conclusion Because of rich chemical constituents in Jigucao(Herba Abri),it has various biological activities and has application potential in food,health care products,medicine and cosmetics industries.But very few bioactive chemicals have been found in experimental studies.Therefore,it has the value of further development.
