摘　　要：目的分析急性缺血性肠病的血清酶及部分生化指标变化。方法将2018年11月至2019年11月我院收治的61例急性缺血性肠病患者为研究对象,对其实施对症治疗,观察患者治疗前、后血清酶以及部分生化指标的变化情况。结果CK、CK-MB、LDH、CRP、LA、CO2CP各项指标经过治疗后均恢复正常。结论对急性缺血性肠病患者实施对症治疗,其血清酶以及部分生化指标均有明显变化,证明治疗的有效性,病情明显好转,患者的生活质量和身心健康得到有效保障;并且证明血清酶以及部分生化指标在急诊缺血性肠病患者临床诊断、治疗效果判断中的价值。Objective To analyze the changes of serum enzymes and some biochemical indicators of acute ischemic bowel disease.Methods Sixty-one patients with acute ischemic bowel disease admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were studied as symptomatic treatments,and changes in serum enzymes and some biochemical indicators of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results CK,CK-MB,LDH,CRP,LA,and CO2CP all returned to normal after treatment.Conclusion The symptomatic treatment of patients with acute ischemic bowel disease has significant changes in serum enzymes and some biochemical indicators,which proves the effectiveness of the treatment,the condition is significantly improved,and the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients are effectively guaranteed;and The value of enzymes and some biochemical indicators in the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect judgment of patients with acute ischemic bowel disease.
