摘　　要：目的对缺血性视神经病变采取高压氧治疗效果及相关影响因素进行研究。方法选取2018年11月至2019年10月我院眼科诊治的60例确诊为单眼缺血性视神经病变病患进行研究,并将病患随机分为实验组和对照组。其中对照组30例,病患采取常规药物治疗;实验组30例,在使用常规药物的基础上进行高压氧治疗,比较两组接受治疗后的效果。结果(1)对比两组病患接受治疗后视力恢复情况及恢复时间:实验组病患治疗后视力恢复总有效率90.00%明显高于对照组60.00%,差异较大(P<0.05);实验组病患恢复时间(16.23±3.26)d明显早于对照组(28.53±3.8)d,差异较大(P<0.05);(2)多因素Logistic回归分析:高血压、高血糖、冠心病及脑血管病的病患均会导致缺血性视神经病变的风险增加。结论缺血性视神经病变病患采用高压氧治疗后视力恢复率高,恢复时间明显缩短,有效减少不良影响,临床治疗效果更好,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on ischemic optic neuropathy and related influencing factors.Methods From November 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with monocular ischaemic optic neuropathy diagnosed by ophthalmology department of our hospital were studied and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,30 patients in the experimental group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of conventional drugs,and the effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results(1)The visual recovery and recovery time were compared between the two groups:the total effective rate of visual recovery in the experimental group was 90.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(60.00%),P<0.05.The recovery time of patients in the experimental group was(16.23±3.26)d,which was significantly earlier than(28.53±3.8)d in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Multivariate logistic regression analysis:patients with hypertension,hyperglycemia,coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular disease all increased the risk of ischemic optic neuropathy.Conclusion After hyperbaric oxygen treatment,the visual acuity recovery rate of patients with ischemic optic neuropathy is high,the recovery time is obviously shortened,the adverse effects are effectively reduced,and the clinical treatment effect is better,which is worth popularizing.
