摘　　要：目的探究醋酸钠林格氏液对剖宫产病人血清电解质及乳酸的影响。方法选择我院90例剖宫产术的病人进行研究,根据晶体液应用的不同进行分组,每组各30例。手术麻醉过程中,A组输注复方氯化钠,B组输注乳酸钠林格氏液,C组输注醋酸钠林格氏液。比较不同时间段血清电解质和血乳酸水平。结果与B、C组相比,A组病人T2时的血清Cl-水平明显升高(P<0.05),且T2、T3时三组患者的血乳酸浓度均较T1时有所升高,但B组病人的血乳酸浓度显著高于A、C两组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产病人术中输注醋酸钠林格氏液能够避免高氯血症和乳酸性酸中毒发生,更有利于提高麻醉管理质量,保障病人围手术期安全。Objective To explore the effect of sodium acetate Ringer’s solution in cesarean section patient.Methods 90 cases of cesarean section patients were selected and were divided into 3 groups according to the different application of crystalloid fluid.Group A received compound sodium chloride,group B received Lactated Ringer’s solution,and group C received Sodium acetate Ringer’s solution.The serum electrolyte and lactate levels were compared.Results Compared with group B and C,the level of serum Cl-in group A was higher immediately after laparotomy(P<0.05).The concentration of lactate in the three groups at the time of laparotomy and at the end of operation were higher than before anesthesia,but the concentration of lac in group B was significantly higher than group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion During cesarean section,the infusion of sodium acetate Ringer’s solution can avoid the occurrence of hyperchloremia and lactic acidosis.
