联用宫瘤清胶囊和米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤患者联用宫瘤清胶囊和米非司酮治疗对性激素水平、瘤体体积的影响。方法采用单双号法将我院于2016年6月至2017年6月收治的82例子宫肌瘤患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组41例,单纯给予米非司酮治疗,观察组41例,联合给予宫瘤清胶囊和米非司酮治疗,对比两组治疗前后性激素水平和瘤体体积。结果(1)两组性激素水平分析:两组治疗前P、E2、FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后P、E2、FSH水平均较对照组更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组瘤体体积分析:两组治疗前瘤体体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后瘤体体积较对照组更小,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者联用宫瘤清胶囊和米非司酮可以有效纠正性激素水平,抑制瘤体发展,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of gongliuqing capsule and mifepristone on sex hormone level and tumor volume in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods Eighty-two cases of hysteromyoma treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group,41 cases in the control group were treated with mifepristone alone,41 cases in the observation group were treated with gongliuqing capsule and mifepristone,and the sex hormone level and tumor volume before and after treatment were compared.Results(1)The levels of sex hormones in the two groups were analyzed:there was no significant difference in the levels of P,E2 and FSH between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels of P,E2 and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The tumor volume of the two groups was analyzed:there was no significant difference in the volume in observation group of tumor between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the tumor volume was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of gongliuqing capsule and mifepristone can effectively correct the sex hormone level and inhibit the development of the tumor,which is worth popularizing.
