摘　　要：在新时期,胃食管反流是一种非常常见的病症,使得人们的生活质量受到很大的影响。而难治性胃食管反流病更是给医生的治疗工作和患者的生活带来了巨大的难题。本文将就胃食管反流病和难治性胃食管反流病进行初步的分析,说明难治性胃食管反流病食管运动功能及反流特征,阐述目前的临床治疗方式,旨在为相关人员提供一定的借鉴意义。In new era,gastroesophageal reflux is a common disease in people’s daily life,which greatly affects life quality of people.Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease has brought huge problems to doctors’ treatment and patients’ lives.The article carries on preliminary analysis of gastroesophageal reflux disease and refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease,to understand esophageal motor function and reflux characteristics of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease,current clinical treatment methods,to provide certain reference for relevant staffs.
