压抑疗法与遮盖法治疗大龄儿童远视性屈光参差性轻中度弱视的疗效及依从性

摘　　要：目的分析压抑疗法与遮盖法治疗大龄儿童远视性屈光参差性轻中度弱视的疗效与依从性。方法将2018年5月至2019年7月本院接收的64例(64只眼)远视性屈光参差性轻中度弱视患者作为研究对象,利用随机化法将其分成两个组别(参照组和实验组),实验组利用压抑疗法对患者施以治疗,参照组利用遮盖法对患者施以治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果与临床指标。结果实验组与参照组在近立体视功能方面的数据经比较具有显著的区别(P<0.05)。结论大龄儿童远视性屈光参差性轻中度弱视患者应用压抑疗法与遮盖法均能得到有效治疗,但压抑疗法对改善患者近立体视重建方面更具优势。Objective To analyze curative effect and compliance of suppressive therapy and covering method in treatment of hyperopic anisometropia,mild to moderate amblyopia in elder children.Methods We chose 64 cases (64 eyes) of hyperopic anisometropia patients,mild to moderate amblyopia in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 as research objects,divided them into two groups with randomization method (reference group and experimental group),experimental group was treated with suppressive therapy,and reference group with covering method.Compare treatment effect and clinical indicators between two groups.Results Near-stereoscopic function data showed significant difference between experimental and reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Suppressive therapy and covering method can achieve effect on elder children with hyperopic anisometropia,mild to moderate amblyopia,and suppressive therapy has more advantages in improving reconstruction of near stereopsis.
