探究观察苯巴比妥与卡马西平联合用药对癫痫病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨癫痫病采用苯巴比妥与卡马西平联合治疗的效果。方法选取100例癫痫病患者,均为2017年10月至2018年10月收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)治疗药物为卡马西平,观察组(n=50)治疗药物为苯巴比妥联合卡马西平,分析治疗效果、治疗前后癫痫积分、发作次数、治疗后自我感觉情况以及癫痫发作情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率及自我感觉情况较高,癫痫发作情况、癫痫积分、发作次数较低,P<0.05。结论苯巴比妥联合卡马西平治疗癫痫病总有效率较高,可减少癫痫发作,提升患者自我感觉情况。Objective To investigate effect of phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine in treatment of epilepsy.Methods Choose 100 cases epilepsy patients from October 2017 to October 2018,divide them into two groups according to random number table method.Control group (n=50) was treated with carbamazepine,and observation group (n=50) with phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine.Analyze treatment effect,epilepsy scores before and after treatment,number of seizures,self-feeling after treatment,and seizures.Results Total effective rate and self-perception of observation group was higher than control group,and seizures,epilepsy scores,and numbers of seizures were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion Phenobarbital combined with carbamazepine can achieve higher overall effective rate in treatment of epilepsy,reduce epileptic seizures and improve self-perception of patients.
