摘　　要：高校体育师资队伍建设是提高高等体育教育质量的重要环节,“核心素养”的融入为高校体育师资队伍的发展提供了良好的契机。主要研究结果:高校体育教师核心素养主要是高校体育教师在教学实践中起到关键、决定作用,并且能够确保教师有效开展体育教育工作的综合素养。主要包括专业理论素养、专业技能素养、教学能力素养以及工作态度素养。The construction of physical education teachers in colleges is an important link to improve the quality of higher physical education.The integration of key competencies provides a good opportunity for the development of college physical education teachers.The main conclusions are as follows:the key competencies of physical education teacher plays a core role in teaching practice,which could ensure teachers ef fectively carry out physical education.The structure of key competencies of physical education teacher maintains the literacy of professional theoretical,professional skill,teaching ability and work attitude.
