摘　　要：阳光体育运动是一项有措施、有任务、有目标的体育健身计划。高校要想更好地服务于现代化建设的事业、为社会提供全面发展的高素质人才,应积极从阳光体育发展背景出发,通过实施体育课内外一体化教学模式,来对体育的教学模式、教学目标进行创新,才能有效促进高校体育教学的发展。本文采用文献资料法等研究方法,以南航金城学院为例,对阳光体育下高校体育课内外一体化教学模式展开研究,希望能促进高校体育教学的发展。Sunshine sports is a physical fitness program with measures,tasks and goals.If colleges and universities want to better serve the cause of modernization construction and provide high-quality talents with all-round development for the society,they should actively start from the background of the development of sunshine physical education and innovate the teaching mode and teaching goal of physical education through the implementation of the integrated teaching mode inside and outside physical education in order to effectively promote the development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the method of literature and materials,and takes Jincheng College of South Airlines as an example to study the integrated teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities under thesun sports,hoping to promote the development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
